Service Description
During the initial consultation, a postural and movement analysis is provided. Pictures are taken to compare before and after the stretch. Myofascial release is provided for the first part of the appointment. Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching is then used in the second part of the appointment to help correct muscle imbalances which improve mobility and reduce pain. Exercises and stretches are given to do on your own for continual improvement.
Cancellation Policy
For one-on-one appointments, there is a 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. The appointment is CHARGED IN FULL if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. For classes, FULL refunds are given PRIOR TO THE START OF THE FIRST CLASS. All sales final after the first class of the series.
