Foam Roll & Stretch Class: Hands, wrist, forearms
This class focuses on hands, wrists and forearms and is appropriate for everyone. If you have stiff, achy hands, limited mobility, elbow pain or text/type a lot, you'll want to do this class (because the hands could be affecting your cranky neck).
You'll need a small ball for massaging, my favorite are Yoga TuneUp Balls (Amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ERFBX9G/?ref=exp_mastrostretch_dp_vv_d). But a tennis, racket or golf ball will do, too.
