Anti-Aging Coconut Turmeric Smoothie

YIELD: One smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup hemp or coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric (can be increased to 1 tsp)

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ginger

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp maca

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a NutriBullet or other blender.
