Anti-Aging Coconut Turmeric Smoothie

YIELD: One smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup hemp or coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp turmeric (can be increased to 1 tsp)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp maca
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all ingredients in a NutriBullet or other blender.
