How is this different from yoga or regular stretching?
This program is different because we are using a little known stretching technique, Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching that is backed by research in it’s effectiveness. Yoga and regular stretching is great and if it works for you, wonderful. This is a great complimentary program for it because we will be building strength while we stretch. We will also be looking at your lifestyle factors that may be contributing to stiffness, aches and pains.
Will I need any equipment?
Can anyone do this program? What if I have a history of injuries or knee/hip/shoulder replacements?
This program is generally safe for everyone, as I try to give as many alternative options as possible. Are there side effects to the program?
Most likely you’ll feel muscle soreness. Ki-Hara is an active form of stretching. You will be contracting your muscles as you stretch, potentially causing muscle soreness the next day.
