In this stretch class, you will learn a simple and effective problem-solving stretch routines to become more flexible, stronger, pain- and injury-free allowing you to age gracefully (without all the snap, crackle and pops), all in 30-minutes.

The Stretch to Strength Zoom Class

In this stretch class, you will learn a simple and effective problem-solving stretch routines to become more flexible, stronger, pain- and injury-free allowing you to age gracefully, all in 30-minutes. 

 

The Stretch to Strength Zoom class is the only stretch class of its kind that not only shows you exactly how to problem-solve “trouble” spots like a pro, but it builds strength while you stretch. It’s the smarter way to stretch. 

Before I tell you all about this life-changing class, let's talk about who this is really for…

Whether you’re:

 

  • Juggling a career and family and really, really want to live a healthy lifestyle, but find it hard to squeeze everything in: cooking, exercising, meditation, yoga…

  • Always injuring yourself every time you try to start a workout program and now at a point where you’re afraid to start one. 

  • Feeling more stiffness each year and have noticed you’re not able to move with ease like you used to.

  • Having recurring injuries that just won’t go away.

  • Wanting to strike a balance in your life.

  • A workout-aholic or gym rat who doesn't stretch, but know you need to! (Trust me, you won’t be bored by these classes, it feels like a workout!)

 

You’re in the right place and I’m going to teach you exactly how to stretch smarter, stretch stronger and stretch better!

In this class you’ll:

  • increase your mobility. 

  • reduce muscle stiffness. 

  • get stronger. 

 

Details

  • Tuesday’s 5:00-5:30 pm EST 

  • Friday’s 9:00-9:30 am EST 

  • Cost: $32 for 8 classes ($4 a class; valid between 11/2-11/30)

  • Classes start Tuesday, Nov. 2nd

  • Recordings are available between 11/2-11/30

Classes run for 4 weeks, twice a week and you’ll be feeling more mobile after the first class. Times don’t fit your schedule? No worries, all Zoom classes are recorded and e-mailed to you
