In this stretch class, you will learn a simple and effective problem-solving stretch routines to become more flexible, stronger, pain- and injury-free allowing you to age gracefully (without all the snap, crackle and pops), all in 30-minutes.

Tuesday’s 5:00-5:30 pm EST
Friday’s 9:00-9:30 am EST
Cost: $32 for 8 classes ($4 a class; valid between 11/2-11/30)

Recordings are available between 11/2-11/30
Classes run for 4 weeks, twice a week and you’ll be feeling more mobile after the first class. Times don’t fit your schedule? No worries, all Zoom classes are recorded and e-mailed to you.
