Assisted Corrective Stretching
The Fastest Path to Postural Realignment.

If you’ve tried massage, chiropractic adjustments, or passive "stretch shops" and found the relief only lasted a few hours, it’s because your nervous system wasn’t involved in the fix.

Assisted Corrective Stretching is a one-on-one, hands-on experience designed to bridge the "Stability Gap." By applying precise manual resistance while you move, I help you re-program your muscles to stay strong while they lengthen.

This isn't just a session where you lie down and relax—it’s a collaborative "reset" that teaches your body how to hold itself upright effortlessly.
What to Expect:
Your First Session
Your journey to an unbreakable body starts with a deep dive into how you move. We don’t just treat the symptoms; we find the source.

1. Postural & Movement Assessment
Before we touch a single muscle, we look at the big picture. We’ll analyze your standing posture and functional movement patterns to identify your specific "bottlenecks"—the areas where sitting has caused your body to lock down or "switch off."

2. "Mashing" (Modified Ashiatsu Decompression)
Before we stretch, we have to prepare the tissue. Using modified Ashiatsu (barefoot massage techniques), I use consistent, broad pressure to "mash" and soften chronically tight fascia and stubborn knots. Using the feet allows for a level of deep, structural decompression that hands simply cannot achieve. This "mashing" creates the space your muscles need to finally let go.

3. The "Resistance" Experience
Unlike traditional stretching where you are passive, during our session, I will ask you to gently contract the muscle as I help you move through its range. This Active Resistance tells your brain that the new range of motion is safe and strong. You’ll feel a deep, productive release that "sticks" long after you leave the mat.

4. Targeted Correction
We focus on your specific pain points—whether it’s "Tech-Neck," compressed lower back discs, or frozen hips. We work systematically to decompress joints and restore the natural balance between your front and back chains.

5. The "At-Home" Blueprint
You won't leave empty-handed. At the end of your first session, I’ll provide you with 1–2 specific corrective excersies you can do at your desk or home to maintain the progress we made during the session.
