During the initial consultation, a postural and movement analysis is provided. Pictures are taken to compare before and after the stretch. Myofascial release/mashing is provided for the first part of the appointment. Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is then used in the second part of the appointment to help correct muscle imbalances which improve mobility and reduce tension. Exercises and stretches are given to do on your own for continual improvement.
