Dragon Fruit Recharge Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 (100.0-gram) package Pitaya Organic Coconut Smoothie Pack

  • 1 (100.0-gram) package Pitaya Organic Dragon Fruit Smoothie Pack

  • 1/2 cup Pitaya Plus Bite-Sized Passion Fruit Pieces

  • 2 tablespoons filtered flax oil

  • 1 cup 365 by Whole Foods Market Unsweetened Coconut Milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon teaspoon ground ginger (or 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger)

  • 2 scoops 365 by Whole Foods Market Unsweetened Vanilla Soy Protein Powder

Instructions:

  1. Slightly thaw coconut and dragon fruit packs under warm water for 1 minute before opening.

  2. Combine with remaining ingredients and 4–6 ice cubes in a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

  3. Pour into two glasses to serve.
