1. Corrective Mobility & Resistance Stretching
Using the same principles as my in-person sessions, I guide you through the MastroStretch Method, self-massage techniques using foam rollers and massage balls, fascial stretching, self-resistance techniques, to "unlock" tight joints. I’ll watch your form in real-time, providing cues to ensure you are engaging the right muscles to create permanent structural change.

2. Body-Positive Personal Training
Strength is for every body. My coaching is a shame-free zone where we focus on functional wins—like moving without pain and increasing your energy—rather than the number on a scale. We build a body that feels resilient and capable, respecting your unique starting point.

3. Mat Pilates & Core Stability
For the desk-bound professional, a strong "center" is non-negotiable. I incorporate mat pilates to help you build the deep core strength required to support your spine. We’ll focus on controlled, precise movements that improve your posture and eliminate that end-of-day back fatigue.
