2 tbsp Chia seeds
6 fl oz Water
1/2 c serving Whey factors, chocolate
1/2 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa powder
1/2 c Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Whole ground flaxseed meal
1 packet Stevia
1/2 c Blueberries
In medium-sized bowl, mix chia seeds with water. Let stand for 20 minutes, stirring frequently until mixture takes on gelatin texture.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except for blueberries. Chill for 30 minutes. Garnish with raspberries before serving.
