Strawberry and Goat Cheese Bruschetta

YIELD: 4 servings

TIME: 15 minutes


  • 12 slices whole wheat baguette, lightly toasted

  • 4 ounces fresh goat cheese

  • 1 cup diced strawberries

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

  • 1/4 cup sliced fresh basil leaves

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Spread the baguette slices with goat cheese and top with strawberries, pressing to help the strawberry pieces adhere.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with basil and black pepper.
