Turmeric + Garlic Naan (Gluten-Free)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1 cup canned full-fat organic coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon organic coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well until it becomes like a pancake mix.

  2. Add 4 tablespoons of batter to the pan and make into a pancake-like circle.

  3. Cook the batter in the pan, adding a little coconut oil to the edges.

  4. Once you see the edges browning, flip and cook the other side.

  5. Serve immediately! Enjoy with vegetables or soup of your choice.
