1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 cup canned full-fat organic coconut milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon organic coconut oil
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well until it becomes like a pancake mix.
Add 4 tablespoons of batter to the pan and make into a pancake-like circle.
Cook the batter in the pan, adding a little coconut oil to the edges.
Once you see the edges browning, flip and cook the other side.
Serve immediately! Enjoy with vegetables or soup of your choice.
