Tropical Fruit with Honey-Yogurt Sauce

Yield: 4 servings

Time: 5 minutes


  • 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 (15.0-ounce) can pineapple rings packed in natural juice, drained

  • 1 orange, peeled and cut into rounds

  • 2 kiwi, peeled and cut into rounds

  • 1/2 cup granola


  1. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt and honey until smooth.

  2. On each of 4 small plates, layer pineapple, orange and kiwi to create a stack. Spoon yogurt mixture over the top and sprinkle with granola.
