YIELD: 1 smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of frozen mango
1/2 cup of freshly brewed chai tea
1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
1/2 of a frozen banana
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
Brew the chai tea ahead of time and store chilled in your fridge. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
