1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips or 3/4 Bar 70%+ dark chocolate, chopped
2 tsp. coconut oil
1 banana, diced
1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 tsp. hemp seeds
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 tsp. kelp granules (optional)
pinch of sea salt
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, scatter the diced banana and blueberries in a single layer.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat in a small pot.
Once melted, drizzle evenly over fruit. Quickly, before it hardens, scatter on hemp, chia, coconut, kelp, and sea salt.
Freeze for 1 hour, break into clusters, and enjoy. Store leftovers in the freezer.
