YIELD: 10 brownies
INGREDIENTS:
4 Pasture-raised eggs
1 cup of Raw cacao
1/3 cup of Honest Keto Maple syrup
1/3 cup of Coconut oil or ghee
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsps of vanilla
FROSTING INGREDIENTS:
3/4 Cup of coconut butter
5 tbsps of coconut milk
Stevia to sweeten
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix ingredients in a large bowl with a mixer or KitchenAid.
Pour in 4 x 8 loaf pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool before eating, or place in fridge until cool (about 10 min).
Mix all frosting ingredients together and frost brownies after cooled.
Enjoy your grain-free brownies and coconut cream frosting!
