Cheesy Kale Chips

YIELD: 4 servings, 1/2 cup each


  • 2 cups kale ripped into bite size pieces

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of fresh ground pepper

  • 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese


  1. Break up the Kale into bite size chunks.

  2. Place in a cookie sheet with olive oil drizzled over the top.

  3. Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.

  4. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over it and bake at 350 for 10 min or so.
