Ingredients:
1 small mango, diced (about 1 cup)
1 (25.4-ounce) bottle chilled Italian tangerine soda
4 fresh mint sprigs
Instructions:
Place mango in a food processor and process until very smooth, stopping frequently to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Transfer purée to a container.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons purée into each of 4 glasses and pour in soda.
Stir glasses once or twice and garnish each with a mint sprig.
