Mango Mocktail

Yield: 4 servings


Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 small mango, diced (about 1 cup)

  • 1 (25.4-ounce) bottle chilled Italian tangerine soda

  • 4 fresh mint sprigs


Instructions:

  1. Place mango in a food processor and process until very smooth, stopping frequently to scrape down the sides of the bowl.

  2. Transfer purée to a container.

  3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons purée into each of 4 glasses and pour in soda.

  4. Stir glasses once or twice and garnish each with a mint sprig.
